Our Project Managers oversee, monitor, and drive successful project execution following either Classic or Agile methodologies. As Team coordinators following Kanban, or Scrum Masters and Product Owners – we can navigate through complex projects with different team sizes no matter if development starts from scratch if we step in the middle of it, or during the maintenance phase. Last but not least – we are the interface between the customers and the software developers, making sure we all understand well each other and communicate effectively.

Governance and facilitation of project-related processes, resources, tools, and techniques run in our veins. Our Project Management Office team executes tasks including but not limited to program and project control, setting up complete teams and tools for collaboration, progress, and budget tracking, setting relevant KPIs and reporting, monitoring deliverables, and various administrative tasks. And these are just a small part of the skills we have to drive each digital transformation project to its successful completion.

The Test Management team performs functional software testing. We start with requirements engineering and business analysis, translating them into clear tasks for the team along with the respective and meaningful acceptance criteria for a job well done. Our functional test team creates and executes effective test scenarios and test cases using different tools according to our customer’s preferences. What is crucial to the whole test management process is a must for our team – documenting the whole process and of course – report findings and eventual defects. By covering the whole process we ensure no line of code will reach the end user without being properly tested.
